User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- My-Fi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided
- We are not liable for any financial losses or damages resulting from your use of the Service or reliance on information provided
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My-Fi, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
